Responsibilities:
-Plan and develop systems, company policies and procedures Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees including industrial relationship
-Facilitating and controlling all implementation of HR activities
Requirements:
-Male/Female, between 30 - 40 years of age
-Fluent in English both oral and written
-Minimum S1/Degree from reputable University with excellent result
-Minimum 5 years experience in industrial relationship, personnel & general affairs, performance management, recruitment, training, organization development, & any other HR aspects
-Animation or Media Business experience will be an advantage-
-Having a good communications, interpersonal and analytical skill and effective leadership
-Willing to be located in Batam
