Our Client, a multinational Company for Mining, invite experienced and committed personnel for the following positions:
Human Resources Manager (08 0083)
Point of Hire : Bontang ( East Kalimantan )
Requirement :
- S1 Degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related.
- 10 years experience in handling HR Department (training, industrial relations, recruitment, administration).
- Having good knowledge and ability to manage and administer in organization
- Strong experience in Industrial Relation.
- Having good knowledge of expatriate formalities and manpower regulation.
- Good communication in both written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity.
