Leighton Contractors Indonesia’s mining business has expanded extensively over the part years with expansion of existing mines and the award of new mining contracts I Kalimantan
Due to his growth in the Leighton’s business, there is now a need to appoint a Vocational Training Manager
Responsibilities
Coordinates in the effective design, development, and delivery of all vocational training for the Mining division of the company in accordance with identified competency standards with the objective of ensuring that all vocational positions within the Division are competent in the identified relevant standards
Requirements
-At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or Engineering preferred
-Required skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both oral and written), good knowledge of MS Office and Vocational Training Qualification Frameworks and Systems
-Able to develop competency training vision across all project sites in Indonesia
-Self motivated, structured and have a systematic approach to Vocational Training processes
-At least 8 years of working experience in a Vocational Training and Development role. Should be currently in a managerial level position
-The position will be residential status position based in Balikpapan with extensive travel required to all project sites throughout Indonesia. Conditions of employment will be discussed at time of interview
