Our client, a Palm Plantation Company in Indonesia is looking for : Director/GM People & Organization.
The qualification are as follows:
Education Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Human Resource, Psychology, Business or related discipline
- Masters in Management, Psychology or equivalent an added advantage
Experience
- At least 15 years senior HR management experience in plantations and/or shipping, industrial logistics industries. Those with prior experience in a start-up environment will have an advantage
Specific Skills
- Organization Design
- Job evaluation
- Psychometric tools
- MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
Management and Leadership Competency
- Ability to lead and motivate team
- Ability to manage external consultants and advisors
General Business Understanding Required
- Good understanding of key business drivers.
- Good understanding of general business environment and labour market in Indonesia
Personal Attributes
- Strong integrity
- Logical/consensus building communication/leadership style
- Self-motivated, resourceful and performance oriented
- Good personal, communication and negotiation skills
Languages
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia
