Our client, a aluminum ware manufacturer, is
expanding their operation in Surabaya and looking for the following positions:
PLANT MANAGER (PM)
This position will report to Director and is responsible for day-to-day
plant operation. Plant Manager will supervise Purchasing, PPIC, Production, and
Maintenance departments.
A qualified
incumbent would be those who know what to be expected from and match the
expectation of a Plant Manager. As additional requirement, he/ she will
-Has business concern
-Has thorough understanding of production flow
-Has at least 3 years experience as production/ maintenance/ PPIC manager
-Has proven record of managing his/her department and others
-Has an active English speaking ability and understand Mandarin or Hokkien
PRODUCTION HEAD (PH)
This
position will report to Plant Manager and is responsible for production
operation.
A qualified incumbent will:
-Has thorough understanding of production process and control
-Has business concern of production process
-Has good teamwork, leadership and management abilities
-Has excellent analytical thinking ability
-Has good understanding of TPM, ISO, OHS system & implementation
-Has at least 2 years experience in leading production team
-Has an active English ability and understand Mandarin or Hokkien
PPIC HEAD (PC)
This
position will report to Plant Manager and is responsible for production
planning, inventory control and production control.
A qualified incumbent will:
-Has thorough understanding of PPIC function and able to handle it
-Has business concern
-Has no less than 2 years in managing PPIC department of manufacture organization
-Has good teamwork, leadership and management abilities
-Has excellent analytical thinking ability
-Has an active English ability and understand Mandarin or Hokkien
HR HEAD
(HR)
This
position will report to Director and is responsible for People issues for a
manufacturing industry.
A qualified incumbent would:
-Has thorough understanding of human resources management and issues
-Has hands-on experience dealing with labour, union, government agencies, and
environment
-Has good interpersonal, analytical, teamwork, and leadership skill
-Has business concern
-Has good understanding of people development and remuneration
-Has at least 3 years experience in leading HR department
-Has an active English ability and understand Mandarin or Hokkien
PURCHASING SUPERVISOR (Pch)
This
position will report to Plant Manager and is responsible for material,
supplies, equipment and services availability.
A qualified incumbent would:
-Has good understanding of procurement management
-Has good negotiation, analytical and communication skill
-Has good teamwork and leadership skill
-Has business concern
-Has at least 2 years experience as purchasing supervisor
-Has an active English ability and preferable understand Mandarin
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Mtn)
This
position will report to Plant Manager and is responsible for machineries and
equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul of mechatronical equipments. A
qualified incumbent would:
-Has good mechanical and/or electrical background
-Has proven record in maintenance of manufacturing industry
-Has good understanding of TPM, ISO, OHS system
-Has adequate knowledge in PLC
-Has good leadership, teamwork, and management skill
-Has at least 2 years experience in maintenance supervision
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (FAS)
This
position will report to Director and is responsible for finance operation and
accounting management.
A qualified incumbent would:
-Has thorough understanding of finance/accounting information system
-Has good financial management skill
-Has good cost accounting and financial accounting skill
-Has good understanding of tax management
-Has at least 2 years experience in supervising position
-Has good command of English and Mandarin/ Hokkien
