Regional Sales Manager-Low Cost Carrier, Bangkok (JDSG58024)
Location: Thailand
Our client is a global leader in providing IT solutions to the airline industry. Recognising the potential growth in the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) segment, they have newly created a position to focus on selling to this segment in Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of LCC business unit, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying IT sales opportunities within Asia with focus in India, China, Vietnam and Indonesia. You will develop effective relationships with key decision makers in the LCC community to identify customer specific needs and submit business proposals. You will work closely with account managers in selling the LCC product portfolios and participate in RFI/RFP responses. You are also responsible for managing deal negotiations from start to closure.
To be considered for this role, you should have the following:
A degree in Business or Computer Science
Good contacts with Low Cost Carriers in the region
Ability to manage complex IT solution sales is crucial
Excellent understanding of Low Cost Carriers’ business needs and airline IT environment
Regional contacts and experience selling to LCC in Asia Pacific
Willing to be based in Bangkok and able to travel around the region
Excellent spoken and written English
