Winrock International, an international non profit organization, is looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER to lead a USAID-funded program working in the areas of investment facilitation, policy advocacy, and capacity building for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Indonesia
Min qualifications are:
-At least 10 years exp in senior management with a donor funded program (preferably USAID) ,international non profit organization , or bilateral or multilateral donor agency
-At least 5 years previous exp working in the energy sector
-Exp in managing budgets of over $500,00 annually
-Demonstrated skills in program design, delivery and monitoring
-Ability to work independently and also as a team member
-Demonstrated capacity to write donor progress reports, develop contracts for technical works, and prepare evaluation reports
-Proven track record of effective communication and outreach to organization and networks in Asia’s clean energy sector
