Inventory Control Supervisor
(Jawa Barat – Cilegon)
Responsibilities:
-Reguler monitoring and reporting stock resume (weekly basis) for futher action.
-Monitoring and follow up action to achieve DOI budget.
-Identifying bottleneck of stock issue and develop action plan.
-Idntified action to maintain surplus stock level within the budget.
-Coordination with production planning, sales, raw material to minimize surplus.
-Reguler inventory meeting with sales to reduce customer differ.
-Coordination with production planning to maintain buffer stock level for fast moving product.
-Reguler buffer stock review.
-Coordination reguler stock take of all coils inventory, chemical, aluminium, zinc and paint.
-Reconcile stock take result.
-Presentation stock take result to related department.
-To monitor coil, disposition and slow moving stock to ensure all coils is actioned quickly.
-Controlling and reporting aging coil and aging paint to get further decision from related area.
-Controlling item product structure to prevent build up or run out of raw material stock and wrong costing.
-Offering alternative product to the customers from surplus stock.
-Preparation surplus aging coils to be auctioned.
-Reguler meeting with coil slitting vendor.
-Reguler meeting with customer which implement VMI.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Inventory Planning.
-Required language(s): English.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Cilegon.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
