JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance.
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
-In charge the trial project maintenance.
-In charge the new NGN project installation & commission & integration ATP.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master?s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 1 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
Requires proven technical RF leadership record in RF network Planning and optimization with good understanding of GSM, CDMA networks and RF, Receiver/Transmitter, LNA, RF Data collection and post processing methods.
Prior experience should include leading a team of RF engineers on RF network optimization and expansion.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
-Know IP network basic theory
-Know Unix OS system and Sybase database basic theory
-Know SS7 and V5.2 signaling system basic theory
-Better from Makassar area.
Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
