ASSISTANT SUPPORTING MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities :
-To review existing standard operating procedures ( SOP ) and make improvement to enhance management control, efficiency and productivity.
-To work with heads of other departments in cross-functional areas to drive revenue growth of branches.
-To assist in the planning, and apply the approved SOP for smooth and effective operation.
-To diligently monitor, coordinate, report, support and take the necessary actions on all aspects of marketing activities.
Requirements :
-A Degree in Business Admin./Commerce/Marketing or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 years’ hands on experience in overseeing business operation and management, preferably in a multinational direct selling/multi level marketing organization.
-Must possess sound working knowledge of franchise or direct selling laws and practices of neighbouring/Asian countries.
-Matured, highly motivated with strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
-Possess excellent interpersonal skill and command of English.
