- Min S1 from Civil Engineering and S2 from Business management is advantage
- Female or male with range 40 years – 50 years old
- Have experience in leading the project with min 50 ha and have a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the property business and relevant trends and development
- Have a strong business and marketing strategy and deep understanding of key business processes (Land Acquisition, Engineering, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Administration, Legal Matters and Human Resource)
- Demonstrate solid experiences in technical and management
