Requirements
- Have at least 5 years experience.
- Have full cycle of software development project, and good attention to detail.
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and English.
- Having experienced as team leader in heavy interaction with customer.
- Have good skills in using project relation tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint).
- Able to write clean and well-documented code.
- Good interpersonal skill, self motivated, creative, independent, quick learner, and result oriented.
- Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.
- Professional certification from Microsoft is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Use Case, and Class Diagram.
- Experienced in .NET application development (C#):
- Experienced in ASP.NET 2.0, slicing+DHTML+CSS+Javascript, AJAX, and XML (XSLT is a plus).
- Knowledge on ASP.NET Web Services/ Console/Desktop/Window Services is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint technology (WSS3.0/MOSS2007) will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of MS SQL Server:
- Database design using MS SQL Server 2005 or later.
- Understands query, view, store procedure, and user defined function.
